Dock Levelers
Dock levelers bridge the gap and height difference between the dock and the trailer. They also compensate for the up-and-down float of the trailer bed during loading. A dock leveler includes a ramp (hinged along its rear edges) and a lip (hinged at the front of the ramp).
We offer different styles and options:
-
Mechanical Dock Levelers
-
Hydraulic Dock Levelers
-
Air Dock Levelers
-
Vertical Dock Levelers
Edge of Docks
Edge-of-dock levelers are platforms mounted to the edge of a building wall to assist in loading and unloading in a limited working range of 3" (72.6 mm) above to 3" (72.6 mm) below the dock. Three series of activation systems are available, including mechanical (manual) operation, air-powered operation, and hydraulic operation.
Truck Restraints
A vehicle restraint (also known as a truck restraint and dock lock) is a piece of equipment installed at the loading dock that is intended to prevent a transport vehicle from leaving the dock during the loading/unloading process.
Dock Seals/Shelters
Seals are made from compression foam covered with durable fabric. They're mounted around the perimeter of your dock doors, and they form a tight seal when a truck backs up to the door. Shelters, on the other hand, consist of a frame that surrounds your dock door with curtains mounted to that frame.
Track Guards
The tracks on your overhead door can be knocked out of service by a light tap from the forks of your lift truck. A pair of track guards is less than the price of a service call to have it repaired.
Dock Gates
Dock gates provide an effective barrier for personnel and equipment working near open dock doors, truck loading pits, or other hazardous areas.
