Check for proper operation of pump.

Check for leaks on suction and discharge piping, seals, packing glands, etc; make minor adjustments as required

Check pump and motor operation for excessive vibration, noise, and overheating

Check alignment of pump and motor, adjust as necessary

Lubricate pump and motor

Inspect hydraulic lift post(s) for wear or leaks

Inspect, clean and tighten valves

Inspect and clean motor contactors

Inspect and test control relays and check wiring terminals

Inspect Welds

Clean pump unit

Inspect bumpers for wear and attachment clean surrounding area, record results and findings and report any needed repairs or operational adjustments. This includes tightening of bolts.
