PM for AUTOMATIC DOORS
SERVICES INCLUDED:

Visually inspect door and test for proper operation

Check all rollers, guides & track assemblies for proper wear & function

Inspect motor assembly & drive belt, chain, or shaft (and bearings)

Inspect all wiring & connections
-
Inspect and test all activation and safety sensors

Check for proper decals
-
Make minor adjustments and tighten all fasteners
-
Perform certification inspection & complete certification form per
-
AAADM guidelines
We will follow up each PM Service with a copy of the AAADM certification form & a complete list of any recommendations as needed.
We will also note any current issues that should be addressed immediately, as well as those wear items to keep an eye on for next time.
